Course Progress (navigation, quizzes, videos, etc.) with screenshots
The Training, Divorce and Elder Real Estate for Consumer Protection, is divided into 2 parts, each sold separately: Part 1 and Part 2. Each part contains approximately 6 hours of coursework.
Each is further divided in to course chapters:
- Part 1 | RPI Training has 5 “course chapters.” Course Chapters 1-5 (6 Hours)
- Part 2 | Advanced RPI has 4 “course chapters.” Course Chapters 6-9 (6 Hours)
All chapters contain printed materials to be used along with the units accessed online.
Use the chapter materials to take written notes when viewing the unit lecture videos. You will be tested on course content through all supplied media, and your notes should provide additional reference.
Chapter materials can be accessed and printed in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format. Chapter materials may be downloaded by logged in, registered Learners up to two (2) times.
Chapter > Module > Unit
On each Chapter Overview Page, you access the Units from the Chapter Syllabus located at the bottom of the page (scroll down or use the link in the right sidebar for Chapter Syllabus | My Progress). To access each unit, click on the unit’s title (Unit Title is hyperlinked to the Unit containing coursework, lecture videos, and quiz).
Each chapter is divided into 2 modules. Each module contains at least 4 units. The first unit provides the overview and required acceptance of the Module Honor Code Pledge. The final unit contains the module assessment that requires 80% score or higher to advance to the next module.
Note: Once you are logged in to the website/LMS, you can access the eLearning Dashboard that provides clear navigation links to course materials, chapters/modules/units, and quizzes.
Unit Quizzes & Module Exams
Content units (middle units) have comprehension quizzes with 10 questions that require 80% score or higher to advance to the next unit. Module exams with 20 questions each require 80% pass rate.
Note: each Unit has 1 comprehension quiz, regardless of the number of lecture videos for that unit.
For Unit Quizzes, you have 3 options at the bottom of each quiz: Green | Complete Quiz; Blue | Save Quiz; Red | Reset Quiz
Green | Complete Quiz > Click the green “complete quiz” button to submit your answers for automatic grading.
Red | Quiz Reset > Quizzes that do not reach a passing score may be retaken and will randomly draw questions from the question bank for that unit. To retake a quiz, click the red “reset” button at the bottom of the quiz page and your previous graded result for that unit quiz will be deleted from the LMS.
Keep in mind you are required to watch all lecture videos, read all chapter materials, and review all resource links. Taking notes is encouraged. The quizzes and exams draw from this course content.
Unit Navigation > Right SidebarBack to Top
Unit navigation is in the right sidebar. On smaller screens (viewports) e.g., smart devices, the sidebar widgets will be beneath the Unit content instead of at the right.
Quizzes & Question Types

Completing Quizzes: For Unit Quizzes, you have 3 options at the bottom of each quiz: Green | Complete Quiz; Blue | Save Quiz; Red | Reset Quiz
- Green – complete quiz, click green to submit the quiz for automatic grading. Also click green if you need assistance from our Instructors regarding correct/incorrect quiz answers.

The quiz will be automatically graded and our Instructors can see your correct/incorrect answers to assist you further.
